Amazing! What they turned the residence of a famous boss into – 2024-03-16 20:50:27

The residence of the murdered Sikaji boss Dmitry Minev – Rusnaka has been turned into a children’s center. The huge building in the Vitosha district of Sofia has been housing the underage students of the British School in Sofia for several months now.

According to the school’s website, the spacious property, located at 15 “Ivan Radoev” Street, accommodates children from kindergarten and their guardians from the first stage of elementary school – from 1st to 4th grade.

As it should be, the little ones, whose parents can afford the huge fees, enjoy unprecedented luxury. In addition to the ultra-modern furniture of the classrooms and elite teachers, the cadets of the children’s branch of the British school, in their free time from lessons, can play on a huge sports field or do their homework under the shadows of a small park in the extensive yard.

As a bonus on warm days, the wealthy heirs have the opportunity to cool off in the outdoor pool.

The honor of moving into the historic mansion of the legendary SIK boss Dmitry Minev – Rusnaka, cost the British School in Sofia 3 million euros.

And the money is definitely worth it, brokers explain. The four-story building, where Dimata Rusnaka lived until her death, has an area of nearly 1,300 square meters. Separately, there is also a park of nearly 5 acres.

After the murder of Rusnak, SIK practically disintegrated and ceased to function. The few surviving creators of the group agree on a division of the business and everyone goes their separate ways, Flagman writes.
