The Indonesian Youth Congress (KPI) of East Java made a public complaint against Ready Kejora and Rizky Billar to Polda Metro Jaya regarding the confession serial wedding.
Previously, the East Java KPI had made a complaint to the East Java Police. However, it was finally suggested that a complaint be made at the Polda Metro Jaya.
“In this case, the East Java KPI went to Polda Metro Jaya to make a complaint because we created a public space for mediation so that Leslar (Lesti-Billar) confesses to apologize to the public in accordance with the events of the past few weeks,” said East Java KPI chairman Edi Prasetyo. at Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday (7/10).
On the same occasion, the President of KPI, Pitra Romadoni said that his party first made a complaint related to this incident. The consideration is that Lesti is currently pregnant.
However, Pitra said that if Lesti and Billar did not apologize to the public, then his party would escalate this complaint into a police report.
“This process is a complaint first so that he apologizes to the public, so the nature of the complaint first, if the apology is ignored, we will escalate it to the police,” he said.
It is known that Lesti Kejora and Rizky Billar were married on 19 August. The series of their wedding events were widely publicized through a number of television programs.
Initially, Lesti and Billar’s wedding was scheduled for July 24, 2021. They also have plans to hold traditional events and recitations on July 4, 2021.
However, the surge in daily Covid-19 cases and the Emergency PPKM made both of them decide to postpone the series of events.
Until finally, the two of them made a surprising confession when they admitted that they had been married in a series before the grand event. Both claimed to have been married in an arranged marriage in early 2021.
