Startup Fabelio It was reported that they had forced dozens of employees to resign if they wanted their salaries to be met. Unfortunately, after deciding to leave, some of the workers’ rights have not been fulfilled.
The story was shared by one of the accounts on Twitter. Employees who have been successfully ‘forced’ to resign and have found new jobs are also not immediately paid their salaries.

Even though the company should pay wages according to applicable regulations. If they feel that their rights as employees are not being fulfilled, workers can report to the Manpower Office (Disnaker) in the regency/city where Fabelio works.
“You can complain to the local Manpower Office. Every complaint will be handled by the local labor inspector,” said the Director General of Industrial Relations and Labor Social Security (PHI and Jamsos) of the Ministry of Manpower, Indah Anggoro Putri.
In addition, workers who feel that their rights are not being fulfilled can also report to the Ministry of Manpower through the website kemnaker.go.id, then select the ‘Help Center’ menu. This is so that the report can be followed up by the government.
Previously, it was reported that Fabelio had called dozens of his employees to be willing to resign or resign. In its action, the company is also said to have hired a mass organization to guard the office for security reasons.
