Ingredients:
» 500 g gingerbread (soft)
» 700 g of sour cream
» 100 g of powdered sugar
» optional: canned peaches
Preparation:
First, line a baking dish or round baking sheet with baking paper. Pour sour cream into a bowl and add powdered sugar, then mix. Chop the peaches into small pieces.
In a dish/plate put the following layers in sequence: cream, peaches, Gingerbreads. Do this several times. You can sprinkle the whole thing with cocoa, and then put it in the fridge, preferably for a few hours.
