Amazfit Bip 5It has a 1.91-inch TFT display that offers 320 x 380 pixel resolution, 260 ppi pixel density. 2.5D tempered glass is used, which both protects the screen and reduces fingerprint smudges. The watch contains a special sensor known as BioTracker. This technology is used to control your heart rate, the amount of oxygen in your blood, and your stress level. It does this through a method called photoplethysmography.
Amazfit’s new smart watch has a 4-satellite positioning system. This is a system used to locate the smartwatch. GPS uses 4 different satellite constellations: GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou. This allows the smartwatch to more accurately determine the location even in areas where GPS is not strong. The watch communicates with the smartphone using the Bluetooth 5.2 connection. Requires phone with Android 7.0 / iOS 14 and above. Zepp application is used for pairing.
The Amazfit Bip 5 has a 300mAh battery. According to Amazfit, the watch can last up to 10 days in normal use, up to 5 days in heavy use, and up to 26 days when the battery saving mode is turned on. The watch does not support eSIM as expected. There is a built-in microphone and speaker.
