Amandis company supported the process of social and professional inclusion for women by launching a training workshop in the field of cooking and pastries, within the framework of its corporate social responsibility (RSE) policy and in accordance with its societal commitments.
The company launched a social and professional project for the benefit of young women from needy family circles, in cooperation with the National Union of Moroccan Women, Beni Makada-Tangier branch, the winner of the competition of the third round of the “For You” program, by launching a training workshop in the field of cooking and sweets.
The workshop will enable the formation of young beneficiaries and enhance their professional integration, as well as improve the lives of the targets.
This project will be implemented in two phases, through training over a full year, which will culminate in obtaining a certificate recognized by the state, and accompanying and assisting the beneficiary in integrating into the labor market.
The project aims to provide an activity of a professional nature, to make people from the target group productive and useful to society, and to contribute to providing an educational environment and income-generating activity for women from needy families.
