This is the long-awaited hotel opening in the Big Apple. Aman New York was designed by Belgian architect Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects and sits in the iconic Crown Building. The building in the heart of Manhattan celebrated its 100th anniversary last year and is now getting a second life thanks to the hotel.

Opening August 2, Aman New York City will feature 83 guest rooms and suites – each with a fireplace – and 22 exclusive residences – the first urban Aman Residences worldwide.

Wine, dine & me-time
Non-guests will also be able to sample this new urban hotspot. Such as in the Japanese signature restaurant Nama, The Wine Library and the Italian restaurant Arva or even in the elegant jazz club. The Aman Spa has three floors with an indoor pool and a high-tech gym; it will be the brand’s new wellness center in the western hemisphere for hotel guests, residence owners and members of the Aman Club.
