The press knows almost nothing about the artist’s past.
Everyone who watched the TV series “Soldiers” definitely remembered the charismatic cook played by Amadou Mamadakov. True, little is known about Mamadakov’s other successful acting works. And the guy gives interviews extremely rarely: he doesn’t like to talk about his past life.
In the nineties, Amadou came to conquer Moscow, entered Shchepka and successfully graduated from college. True, it didn’t work out to gain a foothold in the capital; I had to return home and work at the Gorno-Altai Drama Theater.
But the dream of Moscow did not leave him, and he again came to the heart of Russia, easily entering GITIS. So, at just 25 years old, he already had two diplomas of higher acting education in his pocket.
This time the young actor was noticed: he managed to get a job at the Et Cetera theater. And then in 2004 there was a breakthrough. They took me to the TV series “Soldiers”. After playing the role of the chef, the actor played in 63 more films. “Mongol” was even nominated for an Oscar. True, Mamadakova has not yet managed to reach the leading roles.
