Amadeus has formalized a contract for the modification of the revolving credit of 1,000 million euros, which was signed on April 27, 2018. The agreement has been structured with 14 banking entities.
The technology company informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) about the formalization of the contract (Amendment Agreement), detailing that “the agreement has been structured through a club deal made up of 14 banks.
The credit, which was initially signed on April 27, 2018, will have a duration of five years, plus two annual extensions at maturity, at the option of the latter if requested by Amadeus.

Amadeus has explained that these funds will be used to finance the group’s general corporate and working capital needs.
To date, no drawdown of the loan has been made.
Amadeus obtained a profit of 561.5 million euros between January and September 2022, compared to the loss of 83 million in that period of 2021, although the result was 43% lower than in 2019, before the coronavirus pandemic.
