Party Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) sent a subpoena to Brigadier J’s lawyer, Kamarudin Simanjuntak, who linked his name in the Brigadier J. Ahok case through his lawyer, Ahmad Ramzy, demanding Kamarudin Simanjuntak apologize immediately. So, what was Kamarudin Simanjuntak’s response?
“There is no one say affair. I just said when the date? When to date is a question, if there is a question that is needed, it is an answer,” said Kamarudin Simanjuntak when contacted by reporters, Monday (25/7/2022).
Kamarudin Simanjuntak admitted that he had no intention of defaming Ahok. He too refused to apologize as demanded by Ahok.

“My question gini, sorry about what? Because I asked? Example gini, how much is one plus one? If you don’t apologize, you will report it to the police. like that? Asking one plus one is a mistake? I asked when he was dating, but I apologize for asking,” explained Kamarudin.
Ahok Sends Subpoena to Kamarudin
Ahmad Ramzy as the lawyer for Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) demanded that Brigadier J’s lawyer, Kamarudin Simanjuntak, apologize. The reason is that Kamarudin’s statement involving Ahok in the case of Brigadier J has tarnished the good name of the Pertamina President Commissioner.
Statement Kamarudin Simanjuntak which involved Ahok was shown a YouTube account ‘Perianto Zamasi’. Kamarudin linked Ahok with the case of Brigadier J in an online discussion which was then uploaded to his YouTube account earlier.
“That the actions of Kamararudin Simanjuntak’s colleague linking his case with Mr. BTP and Mrs. Puput are very dangerous and defame Mr. BTP,” Ramzy said in his statement to detik.comMonday (25/7).
