The Alzheimer Café will be held in Buurthuis Sjaerdemastate in Franeker on Tuesday 27 September from 7.30pm.
Anneke van Veen, Dementia Case Manager and Esther van der Ploeg, Geriatric Nurse at Thuiszorg het Friese Land, present the evening. Questions such as: What help and support can you expect after being diagnosed with dementia, what is possible, with whom, where and how? An interactive evening is expected, in which questions and experiences determine the content.
On the occasion of the new beginning, the evening will end with a snack and a drink with live music by Dick Postma. Admission, coffee and tea are free, but a donation in the collection box is welcome.
