aluplast: Celebrating 40 Years of Success in the Plastics Industry

And he was successful. aluplast celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2022, is now more successful than ever and has now taken a leading role among Europe’s top 5 in the industry as a system provider for plastic window and door profiles. This is also shown by the figures that aluplast can present in 2022 with sales of over 500 million euros and more than 1,850 employees worldwide.

Manfred J. Seitz always had a clear goal in mind: “It was important to me that my sons Dirk and Patrick join the company and continue and expand what I started. It was our vision to be one of the largest and best system providers in Europe, and we have achieved that. And that was only possible because, over the past 40 years, we have understood how to take our employees with us, we see ourselves as one big aluplast family.”

But not only the close relationship with the employees is important: “We are very proud of the long-term partnerships that we maintain with many of our customers. Many innovations have already emerged from this close cooperation.”

An important element of success in building aluplast GmbH was the early internationalization. In 2005, aluplast received the MOE award from the Eastern Committee of the German economy for entrepreneurial commitment in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Manfred J. Seitz wishes one thing above all for the future: “That we remain a family business and that the following grandchildren continue what my sons and I successfully started, built up and continued.”

Seitz turns 85 on April 12, but insists on coming to the office almost every day and continuing to get involved with aluplast. The entire aluplast workforce wishes Manfred J. Seitz a wonderful 85th birthday and good health, success and satisfaction: “Stay with us for as long as possible!”

The GW also congratulates Manfred J. Seitz on his birthday. I have experienced Mr. Seitz for many years as a very dynamic and, above all, warm-hearted person to talk to, who does not show his age, and I am looking forward to further encounters with him. I have the greatest respect for the life’s work of the grand senieur in the window industry and am happy for him that his life’s work is staying in the family and being continued.
