We are looking for a job search recruitment manager to join our organization in Reims (51).

You will be involved in all stages of the recruitment process, from analyzing client needs to managing administrative staff.
Under the responsibility of a Group Manager, you will be supported to carry out the following missions:
– Active suggestion, find phone
-Analysis of user needs in relation to recruitment
– Implementation of candidate search activities (advertisements, professional social networks, etc.)
-Development of applications and organization of recruitment interviews
– Staff administration management (employment contracts, administrative files, VM, training)
– Employee loyalty and monitoring the integration within the company
– Physical and telephone reception
– Paid work study training from September 2024.
– Daytime hours: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
– Full time 35 hours/week
– Travel required: permission required
Desired profile
Coming from training in the field of human resources, recruitment or commerce
– Interest in the field of recruitment and human resources
– Ability to work in a team and independently
– Good organizational and communication skills
– Be equipped with good interpersonal skills
– Mastery of IT tools
