Jan Zwischenbrugger admits that the quarantine caught on the wrong foot. “At the beginning I didn’t know how to deal with the situation,” the 29-year-old admits. The physiotherapist of the association provided training equipment and an ergometer to help him stay reasonably fit and to make good use of the long time. “I spent the rest of the time with my girlfriend,” Zwischenbrugger reports. “Cooking together, watching series and cleaning the apartment. My apartment has never been so clean and tidy.”
Great solidarity
Jan Zwischenbrugger would like to expressly thank all of the friends and teammates who stood by his side during this time. “When it became public that I was in for two weeks quarantine so many people have contacted me and offered their support, it was incredible. My family, friends and teammates provided us with food but also everything else we needed. In such times, you only feel the great cohesion in your environment and I was really happy. “
