If there was no sports week at FC Bavaria in the past two years, this year the youth tournaments and AH games planned for the weekend had to be canceled due to high temperatures. The “Wörther evening” on Monday took place as planned. In the traditional penalty shoot-out between clubs and companies for the title of city champion, FC Bavaria’s youth team won the final against their youth coaches. In the “El Classico” Alt-Wörth against Neu-Wörth, the Altwörther were successful with 4:1. Bernhard Hopfinger, Bernd Krucker, Klaus Deininger, Werner Pfirrmann and Holger Kaschewski were honored for 50 years of membership and made honorary members. Werner Lambert, Werner Doll, Hans-Peter Schloß, Aykut Dalgamga, Ralf Pfirrmann, Jürgen Pfirrmann and Oliver Doll received the golden badge of honor for 40 years. Maximilian Sitter, Ingo Schöffel, Joachim Paul, Tobias Babilon, Patrik Bösl and Filip Weisenburger were honored with the silver badge of honor (25 years).
