The hearing date was also communicated by the defendant, the contractor, Jihad Al-Arab and Al- Jihad Trading and Contracting Company sal (JCC) and Rania Abu Musleh and EMP sal (AMB) and former representatives of the Federation of Municipalities of Minieh and others, in violation of the provisions of the Environmental Protection Law No. 444/2002 and the Barcelona Convention for the protection of the Mediterranean and other fundamental crimes envisaged by the penal code. This denunciation is considered the first of its kind against the Arabs by a prosecutor who has firmly and courageously faced a second delicate dossier, after that of the Tripoli waste, despite massive pressure.
