Already in January, PSM Makassar will soon hold its first training

FAJAR.CO.ID, MAKASSAR — After the 23rd week of the 2023/2024 Indonesian League 1 competition against Persik Kediri, the PSM Makassar team is temporarily on holiday.

The reason the team was closed was because there was a break in competition in the Indonesian League and this was also related to the 2023 Asian Cup.

Where, the Indonesian National Team will also compete in the biggest football party in all of Asia.

Several foreign players and coach Bernardo Tavares also chose to return to their country to enjoy a holiday and break from competition.

The news that the team, including the coach, players and staff of the PSM Makassar team, was on holiday was conveyed directly by the Media Officer, Sulaiman Abdul Karim.

“The players were given a day off after the 23rd week against Persik Kediri, because there was a break in the competition related to the Asian Cup and now the team is on holiday,” said Media Officer Sulaiman Abdul Karim, to the media crew, some time ago.

“Several foreign players and coaches returned to their countries and celebrated the New Year,” he explained.

The man who is familiarly known as Sule also revealed that the players will gather again next year, to be exact in mid-January.

“God willing, we will have another training session in the middle of January, maybe January 13 2024,” he concluded. (Erfyansyah/Fajar)
