BOGOR DISTRICT, KOMPAS.TV – Hendy P who became the legal authority of the victims of the persecution Bahar bin Smith admitted he was shocked when he heard that Bahar was a suspect in his client’s case.
According to Hendy, his client named Andriansyah did not extend the persecution case that occurred in 2018. Between Andriansyah and Bahar Smith alias Habib Bahar already peaceful.
“Now that, I was shocked too, how come this is already peaceful, but why is it going up again? It should be restorative justice, right? It should be peaceful, why are we complicated. But yesterday I did not comment on the police,” said Hendy, Wednesday (28/10/2020), as quoted from Kompas.com.
The victim does not want to be extended
According to Hendy, the case of abuse by Bahar bin Smith against his client took place in 2018 in the Bogor area, West Java. By then, both parties had forgiven each other.
In fact, according to Hendy, his client agreed to make peace and would not extend the legal case.
