Thirty interventions by firefighters were recorded on Monday in the Rhône due to heavy rainfall.
Help was notably mobilized for flooded buildings or cellars. In Mions, the premises of a nursery and a nursery school were affected by a minor flood. The children were not evacuated. Some streets were also cut in the agglomeration.
Since the start of the phenomenon, it has already fallen between 50 and 60 mm of water. According to LyonM Météo, the accumulations could reach 80 to 100 mm by Tuesday morning.
As a reminder, the Rhône is still on orange alert and the Saône has been placed on raw yellow vigilance.
