Now his advisor Nedal Huoseh has spoken out again and fueled rumors about a possible departure. “There is interest from many teams. “I’m sure Real Madrid could be one of the clubs that would like to sign Davies,” he said on 365Scores.
And further: “There are also several clubs from the Premier League who all want to have one of the best left-backs in the world. We’ll see what happens.” Davies “could be willing to extend his contract with Bayern, but that also depends on the club.”
The advisor had fueled the rumor mill several times in the past – and made positive comments about the Royals.
“Real Madrid is a big club, I have always been a fan of the club. And when you hear that they are interested in an athlete you represent, it makes you proud. (…) I don’t want to badmouth Bavaria. There are five big clubs in the world and Bayern is definitely one of them. But Real is a big name, a big brand, 14 Champions League titles,” he said in an interview with Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Now Huoseh explained: “When Alphonso was in the youth team, he supported Barcelona. He loved Lionel Messi as a child.”
