What is known
Immediately after the show, THQ Nordic and Pieces Interactive released a free demo of the game, which is also its prologue.
The main character of the background will be the girl Grace Saunders (Grace Saunders).

One of the patients of the psychiatric hospital Derketo (Derceto) Jeremy Hartwood (Jeremy Hartwood) began to behave in a strange way. He asks the girl Grace for a favor: to deliver a letter to his niece, Emily Hartwood. It seems that only she can understand the otherworldly visions that torment Jeremy.
Grace agrees to help and goes on a short but nightmarish journey through the corridors of the hospital, which have become the habitat of a certain entity that has risen from the dark swamps of Louisiana …
The prologue is available on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
Alone in the Dark 2 will release on October 25, 2023.
