If you have been vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson, it is best to get an extra shot with the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. That is the advice of the Superior Health Council and the various governments will almost certainly give the green light for this on Wednesday. But the likely timing of the vaccinations could cause problems for some who want to travel early next year.
