And he continued: the Umm Al-Qura newspaper also revealed that among the rules there is that the duty-free operator is required to specify the working hours as well as limit the sale to arriving and departing travelers from the Kingdom, according to the provisions of the single customs system and other related systems.
And he added: The newspaper indicated that it is lawful to introduce all foreign goods of any kind and whatever their origin into free markets and to take them out of the Kingdom or other free markets without being subject to customs duties.
