The startup Allobrain received the 2023 customer relations prize from the AFRC (French Customer Relations Association) on October 2. The startup, created in 2020, offers three conversational AI solutions so that companies can listen to their customers, obtain business insights from all conversations and reduce costs across all channels. The prize was awarded to Zied Haj-Yahia, CEO and co-founder of Allobrain.
Allobrain definitely has the wind in its sails since it is the company that supports public services in their use of generative AI. Public services are testing the Claude solution from Anthropic, an Amazon-funded startup powered by Allobrain, Claude is a competitor to OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Allobrain is also involved in the transcription into text of the voice messages of Picard Surgelés customers who submit their opinions as part of the brand’s loyalty program. The goal is then to detect weak signals of customer dissatisfaction.
