Allo Bank & Matahari Stocks Win, GGRM-WIKA Nyungsep!

Jakarta, CNBC IndonesiaBank shares owned by Mega Corpora controlled by entrepreneur Chairul Tanjung, PT Bank Harda Internasional Tbk (BBHI), which changed its name to PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk and the issuer managing Matahari Department Store outlets, PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) has succeeded in becoming a top gainers on Monday (5/7/2021) trading.

Different fate, stock giant cigarette producer PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) and state-owned company Karya PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) became a ‘loser’.

After having strengthened this morning, the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) finally corrected today. JCI fell 0.29% to 6,005.609 at the close of the second trading session on Monday (5/7).

According to IDX data, 190 stocks rose, 314 stocks declined and 141 stocks remained stagnant, with a transaction value of Rp 9.97 trillion and a trading volume of 16.49 billion shares.

Foreign investors in the stock market were ‘unplugged’ from the domestic market with a record foreign net selling of Rp 292.78 billion in the regular market. Meanwhile, foreigners recorded a net sale in the negotiating market and cash market of Rp 31.94 billion.

According to the data above, BBHI shares recorded the highest increase, touching the upper auto rejection (ARA) limit of 24.86% to Rp 4,320/share. BBHI’s transaction value today reached Rp. 141.7 billion. In a week this stock shot 44.48%, while in a month ‘fly’ 220.00%.

The latest sentiment that affects the movement of these shares is BBHI which has officially received approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights regarding the change of name to PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk which will take effect on June 30, 2021.

This step is in the context of rebranding after the company became part of the Bank Business Group (KUB) under the control of PT Mega Corpora together with PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) and PT Bank Mega Syariah which will complement the banking services offered by the business group under the CT Group. .

Currently the company has also obtained an effective statement from the OJK to carry out additional capital with Pre-emptive Rights (PMHMETD) or rights issue with OJK letter No.S-104/D.04/2021 dated 30 June 2021 regarding notification of the effectiveness of the registration statement issued. will increase the company’s capital by around Rp 7.498 trillion.

The rights issue funds will be used to fulfill the bank’s minimum core capital which will provide Allo Bank’s ability to develop business activities in the credit sector with technological innovations known as digital banking.

Similar to BBHI’s shares, LPPF’s shares also jumped 20.20% to Rp 2,380/share. With this, LPPF shares have recorded a strengthening rally for 6 consecutive days.

In the last week, LPPF’s shares rose 29.70%, while during the last month 27.61%.

In different territories, GGRM shares fell to the lower auto rejection limit (ARB) of 6.98% to Rp. 43,950/share, after last Friday (2/7) rising 6.90%.

Meanwhile, the GGRM stock had recorded a strengthening rally for 8 consecutive days, while in a month this stock turned green 15 times, reddened 4 times and stagnated 2 times. In a week this stock rose 8.47%, while in a month rose 32.04%.

Similar to GGRM shares, WIKA shares slumped 4.41% today, after greening for 4 consecutive days. In a week this stock rose 2.09%.
