Semiconductor leaders (CEA, Soitec, GlobalFoundries and Stmicroelectronics) announce a new collaboration to define the industry’s next generation plan for Fd-Soi (silicon on fully depleted insulation) technology.
It is an innovation “with strategic value for Europe as well as for customers around the world. Fd-Soi offers benefits to customers’ designers and systems, including lower energy consumption and easier integration for connectivity and security “.
