Lytagra collaborates with Yokohama Off-Highway Tires Alliance brand for more than ten years. Recently signed Lytagra and Alliance the agreement also includes Latvia. To promote Alliance availability of the brand in Latvia, Lytgra invested in the construction of the large warehouse, as well as in the expansion of the staff.
Yokohama Off-Highway Tires the president in Europe, Angelo Noronha, emphasizes: “This new contract marks a new era in the cooperation between the two companies. High performance tires – environmentally friendly and economical
Alliance offers farmers, foresters and construction contractors the widest range of tire treads and sizes in the industry. Intensive research, customer surveys, feedback analysis, thorough inspections and tests both in the factory and in the field, as well as scientific observations have resulted in high performance tires. They have low wear and long service life, provide high and long-lasting traction, prevent soil compaction and provide the highest comfort for the operator.
As agricultural practices change and technologies develop, high demands are also placed on tires for agricultural machinery. The managed areas are increasing, they are not always located in one place, therefore the transportation distances between fields and farms are increasing accordingly. Therefore, tires must provide reliable traction and soil protection in the fields, effective self-cleaning properties to maintain traction, and maintain low fuel consumption, rolling resistance, wear and noise, as well as high comfort during the transition from field to road. In addition, the technique is becoming more and more diverse. Nowadays, tires should be versatile, suitable for different jobs. Alliance Agri Star II – each tire with two lives
Agri Star II tires were tested and developed with the active involvement of customers and dealers. These tires are manufactured from high quality materials. But what makes them special Alliance Tire Group patented layer technology (Stratified Layer Technology – SLT). Namely, each tire block consists of two layers – the first (inner) layer has a multi-angle profile, and the second (outer) layer has a single-angle profile. The combination of these two layers allows for effective and even grip, improved driving comfort and braking efficiency throughout the tire’s lifetime. When the outer layer, ie about 40% of the entire tread depth, is worn, the inner layer takes over. The multi-angle profiles of this inner layer, which are wider and more curved, fully compensate for the depth of the already worn tread. With the increased tire-to-ground contact area, this tread layer provides both excellent grip and driving comfort. Thanks to the inner layer, Agri Star II life starts all over again.
Forestar tire series
Forestar 643 III and Forestar 644 III there are two Alliance tire models designed to provide maximum grip and optimal tire performance in forestry in all conditions. One of the most important Forestar III The series tire range features minimal sidewall deformation (no more than 5% even under full load conditions), which ensures maximum stability on rough terrain. Forestar 643 III have a harder nylon construction, special steel wires and hex side technology, so they have a high load capacity and excellent puncture resistance.
