JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The identity of the female victim of mutilation by a man named M Ecky Listiantho (34) has been revealed with a dismembered body found wrapped in black plastic in a container box.
The mutilation victim was reportedly named Angela, who had previously been reported missing since May 2019.
“That’s right (Angela was mutilated),” Angela’s brother Turyono Wahadi told Kompas.com on Thursday (5/1/2023).
Angela, Turyono said, had been missing since May 2019. Angela is said never to have informed her family until it was finally reported that she had been a victim of mutilation.
“Yes, from 2019 to May. Until now. That’s why we are conducting an investigation whether it was Angela who was found in Bekasi or not,” Turyono said.
Actually, Polda Metro Jaya investigators dismantled the grave of Angela’s daughter Anna Laksita Leialoha.
Anna’s grave, which has been demolished, is located in Kampung Kandang (TPU) Public Cemetery, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.
The burial of the body of the woman who died at the age of 15 was carried out on Thursday, at around 2.24pm WIB.
Turyono said his nephew’s grave was dismantled at the request of police who wanted to match deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).

“Yes, the demolition of the grave (police request) to check the DNA. He said it was still a small percentage,” Turyono said.
Meanwhile, Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi said, investigators are currently confirming the identity of the mutilation victim.
“If the identity of the corpse already businessthen we will provide a full follow-up explanation,” said Hengki.
“This body is estimated to be old, so the difficulty level is quite high. It requires precision and caution,” Hengki continued.
Revealing the identity of the female mutilation victim cannot be done simply by recognizing the suspect in the mutilation case, Ecky.
Ecky was arrested at the same time as the victim’s body was found at Kampung Buaran Rent Area, Lambangsari Village, South Tambun, Bekasi Regency on Thursday (29/12/2022),
Previously, it had been reported that Ecky hadn’t been home since Friday (12/23/2022), after he waved off to go to the bank, he apparently didn’t miss.
“Directly (at the TKP) we arrested the suspect. Two containers were found containing black plastic bags inside which were female bodies,” Polda Metro Jaya public relations chief Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan said. , Friday (30/12/2022). ).
Zulpan said the perpetrator was caught when investigators from Resmob Sub-Directorate Unit 4 stepped in to help search for Ecky, who was said to have mysteriously disappeared.
Investigators then traced the rented house to Buaran Village, Lambangsari Village, South Tambun, Bekasi Regency.
“We are following up on reports of missing persons from Bantar Gebang Police. Members of Polda Metro Jaya Resmob Unit 4 are conducting an investigation,” Zulpan said.
Earlier, Ecky’s wife EZ said her husband suddenly disappeared after saying goodbye to the bank.
“Ecky WhatsApp, said goodbye to go to bank using Grab, replied immediately but just one tick (not sent). It was Dec 23 around 0900 WIB,” said EZ, Tuesday (27/12/2022) .
On the same day, at 16.00 WIB, the family received from the bank a transaction record of withdrawing money at the Mandiri ATM in Rawalumbu, East Bekasi.
Transaction records were obtained by EZ when it contacted Bank Mandiri customer service.
“The number of withdrawals was not communicated by the bank employee, he said he had to go to the police. The family had also asked for CCTV (recording), again they couldn’t because the police had to ask for it,” EZ explained.
