Police are checking cooking oil repackaging warehouse in the Pasir Putih area, Sawangan, Depok. The inspection was due to an alleged fraud committed by unscrupulous persons in the distribution of cooking oil.

“It is suspected that they bought cooking oil with a certain brand in the form of 18 liter derijen, then put it in a tank to be used as 1 or 2 liter packages using a different brand. We will investigate whether it is pure from cooking oil of that brand or mixed again using this brand. bulk cooking oil,” he continued.
Meanwhile, the police have secured 2,300 cooking oil which is ready to be distributed to other shops in the Depok area to Parung, Bogor. Several items were taken to the Depok Metro Police for further investigation.
“Meanwhile there are 2,300 that are ready to be distributed to shops that have become customers. Then if the rest will be distributed to other traders. This cooking oil storage warehouse is said to have been operating since 2018. Several witnesses at the TKP have been secured for further questioning.
