A man who allegedly stole at least eight pints of ice cream from a Manhattan business ended up clinging to the side of a building during his botched getaway, prompting police to rescue him, according to the NYPD.
“After stealing 8 pints of Häagen-Dazs from a local business, this man’s getaway did not go according to plan. We found him, we rescued him,” said part of a tweet posted by the 23 precinct police.
