Alleged millions of inheritance vanish into thin air

In Schweinfurt there was another fraud in connection with an alleged inheritance. A 63-year-old from Schweinfurt, the police said, was told by an alleged financial administrator via WhatsApp that she had inherited almost one million euros and 155 kilos of gold. An acquaintance who happened to meet on Facebook shortly before would have died. This would allegedly have left her plenty of money and gold. The alleged financial administrator then repeatedly asked the 63-year-old to pay “fees” over a period of one year. on which she and her significant other await the promised ?? inheritance ?? always performed well. These circumstances were only known to the police following other investigations. Despite the interrogation and explanation of the long-known fraud, the injured party and her partner, who was also injured, were difficult to convince that they would in fact never see anything of this legacy, the police wrote. In this context, the police warned once again against making advance payments for promised profits or inheritances in any form, since in most cases these are fraudsters.
