The President of the Parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Representative Fadi Alama, received the Ambassadors of the Czech Republic, Jerry Dolezel, and the Ambassador of Slovakia, Marek Varga. He briefed them on the healthcare provided by their countries to Lebanon in various regions, with emphasis on continuation.
The meeting discussed the conditions of displaced Syrians and the burdens imposed on Lebanon, especially in light of the economic conditions suffered by the Lebanese.
Alama also agreed with the two ambassadors to activate friendship committees in order to strengthen Lebanon’s relations with the Czech Republic and Slovakia in various fields.
