The palace was put up for sale since last autumn, but the sale process has not yet been completed, reports unian.net.
Russian singer Alla Borisovna Pugacheva, along with her husband Maksim Galkin and children, left the territory of the aggressor country because Putin launched a bloodthirsty war in Ukraine. Now the star family lives in Israel in the mansion of Maxim Galkin’s brother.
In the fall of 2022, Pugacheva arrived in Russia with twins Lisa and Harry. At first, it seemed that she broke up with Galkin and returned to her homeland, but later it became known that the purpose of her visit was to remove the children’s documents from the school and put the elite family house-palace up for sale.
According to the Russian media, the star’s house has now been bought. A local businessman, whose name is not known, became the owner of the six-story building on the 11-meter-high hill.
“There was one person, I will not name him. He is a well-known businessman who wanted to buy this house for 700 million rubles. But Alla Borisovna did not want to give in,” said producer Sergey Dvortsov.
According to the producer, the businessman and the singer negotiated for a long time, but then another wealthy applicant appeared for the luxury property.
“He was even a little part of their family. Today that person already owns this house, the deal with Alla Borisovna has already taken place,” said Dvortsov.
