All the pairs of the Euroleague quarter-finals were revealed on Friday evening.
After Tel Aviv’s Maccabi (17-11) victory over Istanbul’s Fenerbach, it became clear that the Israeli team would fight Real Madrid in the quarterfinals (18-10).
Maccabi will compete in the playoffs for the first time from 2014-15. season. The Tel Aviv team was already there in 2019-20. season, but it was discontinued before the start of the quarterfinals due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In sixth place in the regular season, the champions of Istanbul’s Anadolu Efes (16-12) we challenge the Milan Armani Exchange (19-9).
