Contacted, the national police wanted to first point out that it is a question of intentional damage. The owner of the car would therefore be entitled to file a complaint against the perpetrator, even if he would be difficult to identify. Before sending a team to check the condition of the vehicle and call the impound, our interlocutor estimated that we were “perhaps in the presence of a car taken by a student from his grandmotherand who left it there because he has no use for it…?” Another track: one elderly person hospitalized, or even deceased.
Notify the municipal police
In any case, there is no justification for attacking the vehicle. “What’s the next step?
