Christian Mawissa officially leaves Toulouse for Monaco
AS Monaco has once again struck the market for young players with high potential. European U17 champion with the French team two years ago, Christian Mawissa has signed for the next five seasons with the club from the Principality.
The 19-year-old defender played for Toulouse, where he took part in 17 L1 matches last season. The amount of the operation is estimated at €16 million, as announced. After Lamine Camara (Metz) and striker George Ilenikhena (Antwerp), he is ASM’s third summer recruit this summer.
