The president of the court of flagrante delicto in Dakar delivered the verdict on the case of Fatou Ndoye, the lady abused by young people in Sacré-Coeur. Indeed, all the defendants were sentenced to firm sentences ranging from 1 to 3 months. They are Ibou Ihiaw sentenced to 3 months firm, Babacar Ndiaye 2 months firm and finally Moussa Diallo to 1 month firm.
They are being prosecuted for indecent assault with violence, dissemination of personal images among other offenses.
As a reminder, Fatou Ndoye was assaulted by young people in Sacré-Coeur who had taken her for a thief, when she had simply entered the store to buy clothes for Tabaski. In the meantime, she was abused and filmed half-naked.
Currently, the victim is undergoing treatment at the “Dalal Xel” health center in Thiès since his assault …
