The Earth Information System now has an interactive digital map “State land”. Here, in one place, you can see all the plots of state land registered in the Real Estate Register, as well as the areas of state land that are not formed by plots. Published data is constantly updated.
“This digital tool is especially useful for trustees of state land and all land market participants: farmers, developers of real estate or tourist infrastructure, and residents interested in using, renting or purchasing state land. On the map, you can see the specific location of state land and the configuration of the plot, its purpose, value and area. Until now, there was no such possibility to see the data of the entire country’s state land in one place”, says the Deputy Minister of the Environment Monika Juodvalkė.
Users can open the digital map of “State land” on the website www.planuojustatau.ltwithout installing any additional software tools.
On the digital map, it is possible not only to view the data of state land, but also to compare it with the information of other state spatial data sets: Address Register, Georeferenced Base Cadastre, Real Estate Cadastre, Cultural Values Register and others.
The land information system, which implements the one-stop principle of the state land management and use process, will be fully updated by 2025. The modernization of the system is financed by EU funds.
Project partners: Ministry of Environment, National Land Service, State Spatial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, Construction Sector Development Agency, Environmental Project Management Agency and Register Center.
