Spain shines again at the Michelin gala. This could be the definition of what happened yesterday, November 22, on the occasion of the large gala held in Toledo which unveiled the national restaurants distinguished as the best in the world from this prestigious list. Indeed, this year they were a total of 250 Spanish establishments that have managed to enter this distinguished list in a gala in which several surprises followed one another.
One of the big surprises of the evening was the star that Dabiz Muñoz obtained with his restaurant RavioXOa feat because he achieved it just six months after the official opening of this restaurant. The chef has also once again confirmed himself as the best chef in the world, maintaining the three Michelin stars in his DiverXO restaurant. youalso the Atrium restaurant, famous this year for the theft of million-dollar bottles of wine, which earned its third Michelin star. What also the Torres brothers, Sergio and Javierwho were crowned with their third star.
