On the 10th, Yoon’s lawyer Lee Wan-gyu announced that he had applied for this prosecutor as a witness. He said it has not yet been decided whether or not to adopt witnesses.
This prosecutor is in charge of inspecting the so-called’judge documents’, which is the core of Yun’s disciplinary claim. On the 29th of last month, he posted a post on the internal network of the prosecution,’Eprus’, and revealed that the report containing the opinion that the crime of President Yun was not established was deleted, and that a disciplinary request and an investigation request were made.
Previously, President Yoon’s side applied for seven witnesses, including the prosecutor of the Ministry of Justice Ryu-hyuk, the prosecutor of the Ulsan District Prosecutor’s Office, Park Young-jin, the prosecutor of the Ulsan District Prosecutor’s Office, and the prosecutor of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office Son Jun-seong, followed by the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office Lee Seong-yoon, the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office, Dong-soo Han, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Gwangju District Prosecutor’s Office Jeong Jin-woong, and an official at the prosecutor’s office. With the addition of this prosecutor, the number of witnesses requested by President Yoon has increased to eight.
