Everyone from 16 to 60 years old is registered with the army, even without visiting the TCC and going through a medical examination.
Oberig’s roster of military personnel, conscripts and reservists had not previously seen “information” about men who had never appeared at the TCC. But now the personal data of every male citizen aged 16 to 60 years who applied for a passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a foreign passport will appear automatically in the register.

Registration of conscripts and those responsible for military service takes place without visiting the TCC and passing a military medical commission, and regardless of the time the citizen lives on the territory of the Ukraine or abroad. This will speed up the creation of an up-to-date database of all Ukrainians who may be called up for military service.
“Data for everyone from 16 to 60 will be updated through the records of the State Migration Service, the Ministry of Justice and the State Border Service Administration. All necessary data will be collected from other records,” explained the Deputy Minister of the Protection for the digitization of Ekaterina Chernogorenko.
Thus, information interaction between electronic resources will ensure automatic updating of the Oberig database and timely registration of Ukrainian male citizens for military registration.
In particular, the Oberig table receives the following data from Ukrainians:
- last name, first name and surname;
- digital photograph of face;
- place of residence;
- place;
- passport details;
- individual tax number;
- information on the preparation of documents for travel abroad for permanent residence or the decision to stay for permanent residence abroad;
- date of departure abroad or return to Ukraine.
The State Migration Service, the State Border Service and the Ministry of Defense were given 30 working days to implement this test. After this, the Oberig register will contain information about Ukrainian male citizens between 16 and 60 years of age who, for some reason, did not register for military service in a timely manner.
