“So let’s carry out PPKM level 4 consistently and consistently. This means that the restrictions contained in the Ministry of Home Affairs must be continued through the Governor’s Instructions,” he concluded.

Restrictions in various sectors came into effect with the issuance of the Governor’s Instruction (Ingub) DIY Number 9/INSTR/2022, which is a derivative of the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs (Inmendagri) Number 15 of 2022 concerning PPKM Java-Bali. The Ingub, which was signed by Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X, is valid from March 8-14, 2022.

As stated in the Ingub, as long as the PPKM status is level 4, the implementation of learning in schools is carried out face-to-face or remotely according to the SKB 4 of the Minister.

The government has tightened regulations on offices or non-essential sector activities that can operate at 25 percent WFO for employees who have been vaccinated, and companies are required to use the PeduliLindung application at the entrance and exit of the workplace.

At PPKM level 4, supermarkets or hypermarkets to people’s markets that sell non-daily necessities can only operate with a maximum capacity of 50 percent and operating hours until 21.00 WIB.

During PPKM level 4, food stalls or warteg, street vendors, hawker stalls and the like are allowed to open with strict health protocols until 21.00 WIB with a maximum of 50 percent of visitors eating capacity and a maximum meal time of 60 minutes.

Likewise, restaurants or restaurants, cafes with locations located in buildings, shops or open areas, whether in separate locations or located in shopping centers or malls, are allowed to open with a maximum capacity of 50 percent and open until 21.00 WIB.

During PPKM Level 4, activities at shopping centers or malls are opened with the provisions of a maximum capacity of 50 percent and operating hours until 21.00 WIB.

In addition, every child under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by parents and especially children aged 6 years to 12 years must show proof of vaccination at least the first dose.

People’s markets that sell non-daily necessities are allowed to operate with a maximum capacity of 50 percent until 20.00 WIB.

Cinemas are allowed to operate with a maximum capacity of 25 percent and only visitors with the Green category in the PeduliLindung application may enter unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

The government also regulates that public facilities such as public areas, public parks, public tourist attractions and other public areas may be opened with a maximum capacity of 25 percent. Management is required to use the PeduliLindung application to screen all visitors and employees. Only those who are in the green category may enter, unless they cannot be vaccinated for health reasons.

To enter tourist destinations, visitors are required to use the VisitingJogja application. Likewise, managers are asked to use the application for reservations.

Meanwhile, arts, culture, sports and social activities or locations for arts, culture, sports facilities and social activities that can cause crowds and crowds can be opened with a maximum capacity of 25 percent.

Places of worship, including mosques, prayer rooms, churches, temples, temples, and pagodas as well as other places that function as places of worship can hold congregational worship or religious activities with a maximum of 50 percent of capacity by implementing stricter health protocols by taking into account the technical provisions of the Ministry of Religion.
