The fiscal machine is widely distributed. But the restarting of the collection activity did not slow down the contribution of the concessions.
The good news is that there will be an extension. The payment of the tax bills with notification by dates between 1 September and 31 December 2021 will postpone further. From the initial 60, it will now be possible to have 150 days. For the rest, however, no discounts. The appointment with the tax authorities is to be circled in red on the calendar of our kitchen, so as to keep in mind the dates of the disbursements and understand more or less how much will come out in the end. As for the latest news in this sense, the measure was contained in Legislative Decree 146/2021 of the Revenue Agency.
The five-month extension for the payment of the tax bills therefore becomes a further step in the recovery of the tax office, which has now begun at a brisk pace but still bears some relief. Within the 150 days provided, the payment will not result in more. And, therefore, the times to take advantage of the Scrapping ter and of the Balance and excerpt are also lengthened, if the 2020 payment terms have not been respected.
Tax, the important dates: what happens with the scrapping
There may be some news regarding the scrapping of the folders. In fact, there is the possibility that the tax authorities extend the terms already expired to 31 July, 31 August, 30 September and 31 October 2021, leading to next November 30th the deadline to honor the due. In the best case, therefore, you could end up benefiting from a four-month extension. It must be said, however, that to obtain the extension it will be necessary to deal with the extension of the installments, from the initial 10 to the future 18.
The deadlines must be respected to the letter. The Revenue Agency, in fact, has made it known that if the balance of one of them is also lost, the extension would cease immediately. Another round, another extension: taxpayers, in fact, will be able to take advantage of the new facility also for the payment of the installments due in the period of suspension of the collection activity. That is, all expired folders will fall into the category between 8 March 2020 and 31 August 2021, day of restart of the fiscal machine. In this case, it will end on November 30th. Going beyond even a single day will mean facing delays and sanctions. That is, things that at the moment it is better to do less …
