  3. The “double randomization, one disclosure” supervision method is well received by enterprises.59.1% of the sample companies have received “double random and one public” inspection in the past year. Among them, 84.1% of enterprises said they accepted joint inspections from multiple departments, indicating that joint inspections by multiple departments are becoming the main method of door-to-door inspections. Enterprises are highly satisfied with the frequency and results of door-to-door inspections by regulatory authorities. Among them, nearly 80% of enterprises expressed approval of the frequency of inspections, and 87.1% of enterprises were very satisfied or relatively satisfied with the results of multi-department joint inspections.

  4. The situation of corporate debt arrears has improved compared with the past year.63% of the sample companies stated that there were no arrears of accounts receivable in the past year. This proportion increased by 13 percentage points from the previous year. To a certain extent, it shows that various localities have achieved initial results in solving the problem of arrears of accounts receivable to private enterprises.

  5. When a company’s own rights and interests are damaged, 57.4% of companies said they would give priority to the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce to help solve the problem.

  7. There is a large gap in the business environment evaluation scores of different industries.Analysis of the business environment evaluation of 12 industries with a large sample size shows that 92.3% of sample companies believe that the business environment has improved compared with the previous year.
