The innovative aLITE® technology will replace the old hot air convection oven and be seamlessly integrated into the existing production line. The purely electrothermal system is based on photonic energy and is used as a multi-frequency technology.
Implementing the system with aLITE® brings impressive benefits: over 80% space savings and a drastic reduction in energy consumption by at least 66%! In addition, the system enables high-precision, dynamically controlled coil coating production that operates completely CO2-emission-free, thus enabling sustainable production.
The versatile aLITE® technology is suitable for water-, solvent- and even powder-based surface coatings. It can be integrated into an existing coil coating line as an upgrade or new placement or can be designed as a completely stand-alone greenfield solution. The drying/curing time is only 3-5 seconds.
