“AliExpress Russia” does not plan to directly supply spare parts for cars of international brands to Russia. The marketplace assured that they only provide a platform for other sellers and do not plan to sell auto parts.
“AliExpress is a classic marketplace and provides a platform for sellers. A large number of companies from China are engaged in the sale of auto parts on the platform all over the world, not only in Russia. “AliExpress Russia” does not and does not plan to engage in direct sales of automotive parts of these brands to Russian consumers,” Kommersant was told in the press service of “AliExpress Russia”.
Previously created by former Vedomosti journalists, the Vpost media project reported that Aliexpress Russia received more than a dozen Russian certificates of conformity for spare parts of international brands in order to import parts into the country. The publication also noted that the marketplace imported spare parts for testing to Russia in August 2022.
