Alien: Isolation Sequel Announced on 10th Anniversary – What We Know So Far!

(PressFire.no): Today is ten years since the horror game “Alien: Isolation” was released for several consoles and PC – and put you in the space boots of Amanda Ripley, the daughter of Ellen from the movies, in her search for answers to what happened to her mother.

And of course close contact with the aliens from space.

The game was later ported to several platforms and gained a kind of cult status among horror game enthusiasts.

And now the developer Creative Assembly announces that they are working on a sequel.

– It’s hard to believe that ten years have passed since we began the journey with the publication of “Alien: Isolation”, writes creative director on the game, Al Hope in a message.

– When we started development, we had a guiding principle: To create a truly authentic experience that went back to the roots of the “Alien” series, a new story that captured the emotion and horror of the original masterpiece from 1979.

He also writes that the game was “a dream project created by a great team”, and that the reception over the years has been amazing.

– On the tenth year, it is only appropriate to tell you that we heard your signs of distress clearly and distinctly.

– So today I am pleased to confirm, on behalf of the team, that a sequel to “Alien: Alien” is in early development. We look forward to sharing more information with you when we are ready.
