Romero, who has a degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University and completed postgraduate studies in local and urban law from IDEC and a Master’s degree in public management and governance from ESADE, has been in charge of negotiating the latest budget projects on behalf of the PSC of the Catalan executive and has been characterized as one of the authoritative voices of the socialists on economic issues.
