Yosmi José Agudelo Lindo, as he was formally identified, was enjoying a casual gathering at a local establishment on Carrera 6 with Calle 17 in the El Carmen neighborhood of Valledupar. Agudelo Lindo had previously encountered legal trouble, facing charges related to narcotics possession.Valledupar Metropolitan Police Chief Colonel Alex Durán confirmed this history, suggesting a possible connection to the drug trade.
"There are several hypotheses and we confirm with the CTI that they did a technical examination of the body to clarify the facts. "This person had a history of drug possession, so we are investigating if he has anything to do with it," said Durán.
