The management of the Dr Ahmed Absieh Warsama Regional Hospital in Ali-Sabieh organized last Thursday a recognition ceremony in honor of its professionals of all kinds. From doctors, nurses, midwives, housekeepers, cooks, through administrative agents to security agents. The aim is to distinguish the most devoted of them to their professional tasks.
To this end, they received certificates of recognition coupled with a bonus. The event initiated by the general manager, Mohamed Miguil Hassan, took place in the meeting room of the health facility. Note that these types of certificates of recognition are a powerful way to mark one’s personal achievements. They motivate and inspire one to surpass oneself.
It brought together the deputy prefect Mrs. Saida Waberi Assoweh, the deputy Hassan Omar Obsieh, the president of the RPP Annex of the Region Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the regional deputy director of the Sports Secretariat Ahmed Moussa Obsieh, the commander of the Gendarmerie brigade of the Daher Djama region and traditional leaders.
The ceremony began with an opening speech by hospital director Mohamed Miguil Hassan, who praised the hard work and commitment of the staff members. “Today, we celebrate not only individual achievements but also the team spirit that makes our institution exceptional. The awards we present are a testament to the excellence and professionalism that you demonstrate every day,” he said of the workers selected for the presentation of the certificates of recognition.
For her part, the deputy prefect stressed the importance of this ceremony which will motivate the staff of the Regional Hospital. She described the initiative as noble and will allow employees to feel recognized in their work.
The Director General took the opportunity to present to the hospital staff and other guests the new initiatives of the hospital establishment, aimed at further improving working conditions and patient services.
